Custom jacket order checklist
A step by step plan for team, class and company jacket orders in Singapore: the model, the size list, the logo positions, the artwork and the date, before you ask for a quote.
1. Pick the exact model
"A varsity jacket" is not enough for a quote. Our jackets page lists 9 models in four styles: windbreakers, bombers, a reversible bomber and varsity jackets. Two varsity models can differ in fabric and size range, so write down the product name and the colour before you collect anything else.
2. Collect sizes within that model's range
Each jacket lists its own size range. Our jacket size charts reproduce seven model-specific gallery charts, retaining the source units. Check missing sizes and measurement conventions before you confirm sizes, and do not borrow another garment's measurements.

Collect individual sizes privately, then send us the totals per size. If someone needs a size outside the listed range, raise it before you confirm the model.
3. Decide each position and its artwork
List every position: left or right chest, back, sleeve. Our quote form options include a small chest print within 10cm x 10cm, a small logo below the collar within 12cm x 12cm, and a small embroidered logo of up to 10cm x 10cm. For anything bigger, describe it and we confirm what suits the jacket. On the reversible NHJ2100, say which side carries the logo.
Prepare the file with our artwork checklist. Our in house designers review every order and repair files before printing, so a rough logo is fine to start.
4. Confirm quantity, date and approval
- Quantity: the total, split by size and colour. Silkscreen and embroidery are most economical in bulk, while DTF and DTG work for small runs.
- Date: standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork confirmation. Tell us a hard deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
- Approval: name one person who signs off the design, positions and size list. For larger orders we can arrange samples or a pre production photo.
5. Listed jacket or cut and sew?
If a listed jacket comes close, decorating it is usually the simpler route. When the brief needs a shape, fabric or colour combination that is not on the shelf, we cut and sew in our own factory. No. Use the chart for the exact jacket. Our size charts page includes WB04, WB05, WB06, the in-house and U series bombers, UVJ05 and CRJ1100. Some listed sizes are missing from the in-house bomber chart, and the North Harbour images are partial. Ask for missing measurements before collecting sizes.
How long does a custom jacket order take?
Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork confirmation. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. A cut and sew timeline is confirmed separately during the quote.
Can we see a sample before the full jacket order?
For larger orders we can arrange samples or a pre production photo. Ask us during the quote and we will work it in.
When should we choose cut and sew instead of a listed jacket?
When no listed jacket fits the brief, for example a shape, fabric or colour combination that is not on the shelf. We cut and sew in our own factory and confirm the timeline during the quote. If a listed jacket comes close, decorating it is usually the simpler route.
