Custom embroidery in Singapore
Logos stitched onto polos, caps, jackets and bags in our own factory. What we embroider, where a logo can go, and what to send for a per piece quote.

What we embroider
These items list embroidery on their product pages, where you can check fabric, colours and sizes.
- Polo tees: the honeycomb cotton polo and the two toned honeycomb cotton polo with side panels, both 210 gsm in typical sizes 3XS to 3XL. See every polo on polo tees.
- Caps: cotton caps CP01, CP03 and CP04, the NHC1200 snapback, and drifit caps CP05 and CP09. Embroidery is the method listed for all of them, on the front, back or sides. See caps and accessories.
- Jackets: windbreakers WB04, WB05 and WB06, varsity jackets UVJ05 and CRJ1100, and the North Harbour NHJ1100 bomber and NHJ2100 reversible jacket can be printed or embroidered. See jackets and outerwear.
- Bags: canvas totes, nylon bags such as the BP40 sling bag, and backpacks such as the BP63 list embroidery alongside silk screen and heat transfer. The non woven tote does not. See bags and totes.
Want embroidery on something else, such as a drifit polo or a hoodie? Send the garment, the logo, the position, the size and the quantity, and we will confirm whether it suits embroidery before we quote.
Embroidered polos for corporate uniforms
A uniform order comes down to three decisions: the polo, the logo positions and the thread colours. Honeycomb cotton polos are listed for printing or embroidery; for a drifit polo, name the model and we will confirm it. Our recent work includes Les Amis polos with chest and sleeve embroidery. We keep your artwork on file, so reorders are straightforward.
Where the logo goes
| Item | Positions | Quote form size option |
|---|---|---|
| Apparel | Front, back, left sleeve, right sleeve | Small logo, max 10cm x 10cm |
| Caps | Front and back on the form; cap listings name front, back or sides | Small logo, max 10cm x 10cm |
| Bags | One bag customisation choice | Small logo, max 10cm x 10cm |
10cm x 10cm is the small logo option on our quote form, not a limit for every item. For a bigger logo or another position, pick Others and describe it; we confirm suitability before quoting.
What affects the quote
- The garment, cap or bag you choose
- How many positions are embroidered
- The logo size and design to be assessed; send the thread colours you need for confirmation
- The quantity. Embroidery, like silkscreen, is most economical in bulk

Artwork checklist for embroidery
- Your logo file: AI, PDF or SVG if you have it, or a PNG or JPG. A sketch or a low resolution logo is fine to start
- The position on each item, and roughly how wide the logo should be
- Thread colours, with a Pantone code if you have one
- Small text or fine lines in the logo, so we can tell you how they will stitch
- The garment or cap model, its colour, and sizes and quantities
- The date you need them, and delivery or self collection
Our in house designers review every order and repair files before printing. Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork confirmation. See also the artwork checklist and our other guides.

Embroidery FAQ
Embroidery questions
have a logo?
Send the logo, the item, the positions and the quantity. We reply within a working day.
Ask on WhatsApp Quote formWhich items can you embroider?
Our listings name embroidery for honeycomb cotton polos, our cotton, drifit and snapback caps, windbreakers, varsity and bomber jackets, canvas totes, nylon bags and backpacks. For anything else, send the garment, logo, position, size and quantity and we will confirm whether it suits embroidery.
How big can an embroidered logo be?
The embroidery option on our quote form is a small logo up to 10cm x 10cm, offered on the front, back and sleeves of apparel, the front and back of caps, and on bags. For a larger logo or another position, choose Others on the form and describe it, and we will confirm what suits the item.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
It depends on the garment and the print method. Silkscreen and embroidery are most economical in bulk, while digital transfer (DTF) and DTG work for small runs. Send us your quantity and we will recommend the most sensible method.
Embroidery or printing for staff polos?
Our FAQ suggests embroidery for corporate wear, and our methods page lists polos, jackets, caps and corporate wear as the jobs it fits. Printing fits other jobs, such as bulk runs of one design with silkscreen or full colour artwork with DTF. Send the logo and the garment and we will recommend one.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork confirmation. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
