Class T-shirt printing in Singapore
For class committees, cohorts, CCA teams and school events. Choose the shirt, plan the print, collect sizes, then send one clear brief for a per piece quote.

Step 1: choose cotton or drifit
Start with how the shirt will be used. Size ranges and colours differ between blanks, and each product page lists its own.
| Shirt | Feel | Suits | Blanks to look at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton tee | Soft, classic cotton | Class dinners, orientation, shirts worn again after the event | In house cotton, 180 to 200 gsm, Gildan Premium 76000 |
| Drifit tee | Light polyester made to wick sweat | Sports days, runs, camps and outdoor CCA training | Soft drifit, 150 gsm, all drifit and sportswear |
| Thick cotton tee | Heavier cotton, over 200 gsm | Shirts meant to be kept and worn often | Gildan Hammer, 210 gsm, all T-shirts |

Step 2: decide the print positions
Print positions, the method and, for processes such as silkscreen, the number of colours affect your quote. Print only where the design needs it. Our quote form uses these bands:
- Front: a small chest logo within 10cm x 10cm, a design within A4 (20cm x 28cm) or within A3 (35cm high x 28cm wide)
- Back: a small logo below the collar within 12cm x 12cm, or a design within A4 or A3
- Left and right sleeves, each set separately
- Individual names, numbers, or both
A small crest on the chest with the main class design on the back keeps the front clean and puts the detail where it can be seen in group photos.
Step 3: match the method to the design and the quantity
- Same design, a few flat colours, the whole cohort: silkscreen. Read the silkscreen guide.
- Full colour art, gradients or a small batch: digital transfer (DTF) or DTG. Read the heat transfer guide.
- Individual names and numbers: vinyl, which our methods page lists for jersey names and numbers.
- All over prints on drifit: dye sublimation.
Not sure? Send the artwork and quantity and we will recommend one. All seven methods are compared on the printing methods page.
Step 4: collect sizes privately
- Use a form or a sheet that only the organiser can see, not a list in a public group chat.
- Ask each person for their size, and their name or number only if it will be printed. We need the total per size, plus the name list if names are printed.
- Fits differ between blanks. Check the published Gildan size charts, or ask us for the size details of the blank you choose before you collect sizes.
- Decide early whether you want a few spare pieces for late joiners.
Step 5: get the design approved before you confirm
If the shirt carries a school name, crest or logo, check with your school or teacher in charge that you may use it, and get the final design approved before you confirm the artwork. Rules differ between schools, so ask your own school rather than relying on what another class did.
Our in house designers review every order and repair files before printing. That is a check that the file will print well. It is not permission to use a logo, which only the owner of the logo can give.

Ask on WhatsApp Quote formIs there a minimum order for class tees?
It depends on the garment and the print method. Silkscreen and embroidery are most economical in bulk, while digital transfer (DTF) and DTG work for small runs. Send us your class size and we will recommend the most sensible method.
How long do class tees take?
Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork confirmation. If your event date is fixed, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Are the prices on the website the price of a printed class tee?
No. The prices listed on this site are blank garment prices. Printing is quoted per piece, based on the print method, the number of print positions and the quantity.
Can each shirt carry a different name or number?
Yes. The quote form lets you ask for individual names, individual numbers, or both. Send the full list with each person's size once the design is confirmed, and it is included in the per piece quote.
